Before ordering
Check that the listing provides an exact name, SKU, size, current image and link to an official source or Product Information Page where available. TerraOils states when a collection must remain officially sealed and does not repackage oils or split restricted sets.
When the parcel arrives
Compare the delivered product with the order: name, size, label and SKU where visible. Inspect the closure and packaging before use. Minor packaging changes can occur, so use the current official source and contact customer care if the identity or condition is uncertain. Photograph a damaged or inconsistent parcel before opening further.
What this check cannot prove
