Where we deliver

TerraOils serves supported EU markets shown in the country selector. Product availability and currency are confirmed for the selected destination.

Price and timing

Stripe Checkout shows the delivery service, tax-inclusive charge, and estimated business-day range before the order is placed. The final total includes products and delivery.

• Poland: tracked delivery costs PLN 15 with a 1–2 business-day estimate after dispatch; free tracked delivery from PLN 199.
• Other supported EU markets: the available service, charge, free-delivery threshold, and current estimate appear during checkout.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. A secure order page records each shipment separately, so a split delivery does not incorrectly appear complete. Carrier tracking becomes available after dispatch.

Delay or loss

Contact hello@terraoils.eu with the order reference if the estimated window has passed. The seller remains responsible for delivery until the goods are received, subject to applicable consumer law.
