Scope and independent status

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through the TerraOils online store. TerraOils is operated by Nova Group and sells original sealed products as an independent dōTERRA Wellness Advocate store. dōTERRA does not author or endorse this website.

Product information

Product descriptions, ingredients, directions, cautions, images, availability, and pack sizes are presented for the selected market. Minor packaging differences may occur. Product information is not medical advice; customers must read the label and official safety information before use and seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

Prices, corrections, and orders

Prices are shown in the selected market currency and include VAT where stated. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown before payment. The customer can review and correct the order before paying. Placing and paying for an order submits an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement records receipt; a binding contract is formed when TerraOils sends an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or an obvious pricing or catalogue error prevents fulfilment, TerraOils will contact the customer and refund any affected payment without undue delay.

Payment

Stripe processes card payment. TerraOils does not receive complete card details. Payment confirmation uses signed provider notifications rather than only the browser return page.

Delivery and risk

The available delivery method, charge, and estimate appear before payment. Tracking and split shipments appear on the secure order page. Risk remains with the seller until the customer, or a person designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have 14 days from receiving goods to notify TerraOils that they are withdrawing from a distance contract, and then 14 days to send the goods back. The Returns & cancellations page forms part of these terms and explains the process, return costs, refund timing, and statutory exceptions. TerraOils will reimburse the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, and may withhold reimbursement until the goods or evidence of return are received, as permitted by law.

Conformity and complaints

Goods must conform to the contract. Consumers have at least the mandatory legal guarantee available in their country, including the EU minimum two-year protection for faulty or non-conforming goods. Report an issue through the secure order page or hello@terraoils.eu. These rights are separate from the withdrawal right and are not limited by any commercial guarantee.

Customer responsibilities and safe use

Customers must provide accurate order and delivery details and use products only in accordance with the label, official directions, ingredients, and cautions. Keep products away from children where directed and discontinue use and seek appropriate advice if an adverse reaction occurs.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory liability for defective products, fraud, or injury caused by negligence. TerraOils is not responsible for loss caused by misuse contrary to clear product directions or for events outside reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. Customers are encouraged to contact hello@terraoils.eu first so a complaint can be resolved directly. Consumers may also use the courts and out-of-court complaint bodies available under applicable national law.

Changes and document priority

The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order. Future amendments do not change an existing contract unless required by law or agreed with the customer. If translated versions differ, the interpretation most protective of mandatory consumer rights will be used; the English source is maintained as the operational reference for version control.
